Nate faces off against Snottle once again, but cannot summon any Yo-kai due to it being a Yo-kai holiday. In the style of The Twilight Zone, Nate's fear of going to the dentist causes him to have strange hallucinations, only for his cavity to be caused by Count Cavity.
